Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Overnite Express with tracking and drop-off with or without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

If you happen to receive a damaged tea pack or gift box, you can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to sales@jenatrading.in within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.

Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.

Exchange Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

The packaged will be changed if the wrong item has been sent and the package has not been opened.

Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 10 days of receiving the goods.

If you would like to exchange any item, JenaTradingco will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Return.

Note: Customers can not return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our Online Store.

Claiming Refunds

As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the Same Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • In case of design and colour variations.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After failed delivery attempts by the Courier
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Note: All the refund will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
